Formation before performance
To discover, discipline, develop and deploy football talent across Asia and Africa, preparing players spiritually, mentally, academically and professionally for the global game.
ZOE means life that flows from the source. The academy was built on that idea rather than on a season: a player is formed first, and the results follow the formation.
Two grounds, one method. Kothanur in Bengaluru and Suleja in Nigeria run the same phases, the same assessment and the same paperwork, so a player who moves between them does not start again.

What the academy is for
ZOE Football Academy exists to build a football development system that does four things, in this order.
- Identify raw talent early.
- Train players to elite technical and tactical standards.
- Instil discipline, leadership and integrity.
- Create ethical pathways to clubs, scholarships and national teams.
What is different here
- Long term player formation, not short term wins.
- Discipline and conduct embedded into daily training.
- International exposure aligned with global regulations.
- Strong parental engagement and a player welfare focus.
The academy is not built on hype. Parents are told what phase a player is in, what the phase asks for, and what would have to change to move up. That conversation happens with a coach, in person, at the ground.
Where this is going
These are aims for the next decade, not results. They are here so a family can see the direction the academy is travelling in.
Partnerships, sponsorships and anything to do with a player’s registration go through admin@zoeventures.one.
Come and watch a session
The quickest way to judge an academy is to stand at the side of the pitch for an hour. Trials run in cycles at both grounds.
