Football without borders
ZOE Football Academy trains players from age 6 to 18 and beyond in Kothanur, Bengaluru, with a second ground in Suleja, Nigeria.

Four words the coaches use every week
Discover
Talent is found early, in Bengaluru and in Suleja, before a player has to leave home to be seen.
Discipline
Conduct is trained with the same attention as the first touch: timekeeping, attitude, how a player speaks to a coach.
Develop
Players are prepared spiritually, mentally, academically and professionally, in that order of work.
Deploy
Ethical pathways to clubs, scholarships and national teams, under FIFA youth transfer rules.
Who this is for
Players who want a long career
You are 12 and you already know. You want training that holds up at 18, not a highlight reel at 14.
Parents choosing a ground
You want to see the coaching, the conduct and the plan for the next five years before you commit a Saturday.
Clubs, academies and sponsors
You want a partner that keeps records, follows the regulations and treats a family with respect.

Five phases, no shortcuts
A player enters at 6 and leaves at 18 prepared for a club. Each phase asks for something the last one built.
Grassroots development
Ball mastery, coordination, enjoyment and discipline.
Foundation phase
Technical excellence, positional awareness, age appropriate conditioning.
Youth elite phase
Tactical intelligence, mental toughness, game discipline.
Professional preparation
Match intelligence, elite fitness, professionalism.
Professional transition
Career management, contracts, longevity.
Two grounds, one method
Players from both grounds train to the same standard and meet at exchange camps. The route out is the same from either place: competition, then exposure, then a trial.
Exchange camps
Annual camps between the Indian and Nigerian grounds, so players meet the standard they are being prepared for.
Partner academies
Training partnerships that put our players in front of coaches who work in other leagues.
Cultural exposure
Travel, hosting and the ordinary business of being a guest, which is part of a footballer’s education.
International youth tournaments
Competition against players from other federations, at the age groups that matter for scouting.
Scouting combines
Structured evaluation days with professional scouts and club staff, with written feedback afterwards.
Invitational events
Showcase places for the players who have earned them in the season.
All international movement follows FIFA youth transfer regulations, with welfare and parental safeguards. Ethical opportunity comes before any deal.
What the academy stands for
Discipline first
A professional mindset from the first session.
Excellence
Training standards a parent can inspect.
Integrity
Character before contracts.
Opportunity
Talent over background, every intake.
Global exposure
Prepared for a game played elsewhere.
Apply for a trial
Trials run in cycles through the year. Send an application and the coaching staff will come back to you with the next available date at your ground.
Send the form
One form, about two minutes, no fee.
Initial screening
The staff read every application and check the age group against the phase.
Trial invitation
You get a date, a ground and what to bring.
Evaluation and feedback
A written view of where the player is and what the next phase asks for.
Players are assessed on technical ability, game intelligence, discipline and long term potential. Questions go to india@zoeventures.one.
